I took a trip to Punxsutawney with my son last weekend to snap some pictures and see Punxsutawney Phil. If you want to see Phil, he resides in his own burrow nestled into the children’s section of the Punxsutawney Library. He lives with his lady friend, Phyllis. The day we were there two members of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club brought Phil out for storytime. While the library is an unfortunate piece of architecture, a groundhog burrow within it is unquestionably unique. And, the Pantall Hotel is not far away. At only $550 per night on Groundhog Day (two night minimum), you’ll even get free lessons in Groundhogese.
