Preservation PA, the Commonwealth’s only private, statewide non-profit dedicated to historic preservation, recently released its annual list of endangered buildings and places entitled Pennsylvania at Risk. One building I’ve previously posted about makes the list, Highland Hall in Hollidaysburg. The staff of Preservation PA provide a nice review of the building’s history and the challenges it faces.
